The problem is a BUG in Office Project 2010, which is fixed when SP1 is applied. I'm using JDK (java version "1.8.0_05", Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_05-b13) ), and the error it launches says: INFO: BEGIN: MicrosoftImporter.PrepareResources Exception in thread "loadProject" : Java heap space among other things but it says somewhere there was a memory leak or it ran. I'm having the same problem trying to open an MPP file and it just doesn't want to open it launches a progress bar and it never opens. Java platform updated to Java 8(301) for Mac.

ProjectLibre 1.9.3 not work on Mac with Big Sure 11.5.1 (20G80) after update OS yesterday. seems like an OS issue that hopefully they will patch. I did a Google search and did see this article.

Problem is one of license window not sized right/fixed in size. click on and drag the top bar up - it will expose the accept button at bottom. Hopefully it will be fix.Īfter having the same issue, figured it out. It appears infrequently but there are a few ways to see the Accept button and proceed.

You need to go to System Preferences > Privacy and Security > allow ProjectLibre to be installed. I have tried using the update option on the task tab and even changed the percentage associated to the task, but it's still not working, and also it set actual start date to start date automatically (same for actual finish)
When I select a date in the calendar, it changes automatically, proposing a different date from the one I've selected. I just started working with this software, and I have a problem updating the start and finish dates of the project's tasks. Unless there is a Must Start On constaint for instance ProjectLibre will schedule task by default with their Early Start calcualted.
